On June 15th, 2018, the Carr Cares Foundation hosted a charity comedy show at the historic Capitol Theatre in downtown Flint, MI. The show featured DC Young Fly, Karlous Miller, and Chico Bean; three of the funniest comedians from MTV & Nick Cannon’s “Wild’N Out” sketch comedy series. The crowd was in for a treat as the trio did not disappoint, providing an evening full of laughs.

The Carr Cares Foundation also partnered with Dreamchasers Inc., founded by Flint native, T.Lee Montgomery, to produce a celebrity bowling charity event. NFL players and celebrities participated in a bowling competition to raise proceeds for Dreamchasers Inc. summer mentorship workshop. All proceeds benefitted young adults from Flint and South Africa pursuing opportunities in the fields of Arts & Entertainment. The bowling event was held at B’s Bowling on Saturday, June 16th, 2018.
